My wife and I, worked with Dave and Sunny Hill Realty to purchase our first home. Dave was referred to us from my mortgage lender to sell our house and was a little hesitant since we were sort of in a hurry. We were thinking of just going with one of those “We buy houses” and had a couple of doubts on that idea. Dave had explained the difference and that would not be in our best interest.

It was a pleasure working with Dave to find our home. At the outset, Dave was attentive to our needs and took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. His knowledge of the market and various areas helped us to navigate reasonable comps, avoid common pitfalls, and quickly determine whether a place would be a good fit or not (in one instance, immediately determining whether highway noise would be a deterrent to a particular property, which it was). Dave was organized and punctual, and ensured we were able to efficiently view all places of interest. He answered all of our questions with respect to disclosures and common practices, and would gather as much information as he could from the respective selling agents to give us the best chance of securing the property. He guided us through all the necessary paperwork and his responsiveness ensured we had a seamless experience. All in all, we had a terrific experience even in a very competitive housing market and would highly recommend working with Dave!
