Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Mark successfully owned and operated the well-known Madd Bailey’s Pub in Pine Mountain Club for nearly two decades, where he built strong community relationships and earned a reputation for integrity, hard work, and exceptional customer service. He remains actively involved in the local community and has supported numerous charities, nonprofits, and volunteer efforts over the years.
Today, Mark specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes, mountain properties, land, investment properties, and vacation homes throughout Southern California. While he resides in Kern County and has extensive knowledge of Pine Mountain Club and surrounding mountain communities, he regularly assists clients throughout a wide range of Southern California markets.
